I was born in Chicago and grew up on the south side in Beverly and Hyde Park. 26 years ago I moved to the West Town area. I've lived in Wicker Park, Bucktown, Ukrainian Village, and currently reside in the Avondale area. I not only sell real estate - I live it. I am a landlord/investor. I specialize in the entire city from the Loop to Rogers Park, though I have sold property further south and north. I don't just sell Chicago - I live here.
I started working in real estate twelve years ago. I have always worked for the same company - North Clybourn Group full-time. We are a small, extremely personable, and loyal company. I am a Realtor that communicates with my clients consistently. With seller’s I give them an honest and realistic idea of what their property is worth dependant on the current conditions of the market. I also communicate to them if and when the market changes and how that will affect their property. By showing them accurate comps, knowing what the surrounding competition is, and knowing my listing, I am able to work together with the seller in accomplishing a common goal…selling their property in a timely manner and getting the most for their property. In my first meeting with a new Buyer I always listen to their goals, criteria, and expectations. For first time buyer’s I also go over the entire buying process. I send my client’s listings that meet their criteria.
Overall, whether working with a buyer or seller I educate my clients so that they understand the current market as well as I do. This way they are able to make the best decisions that suit their needs. I enjoy my job and take it very seriously. Since 2003 I have been in the top 5% of Realtors in the city of Chicago. In 2006 -2009 I've sold over 10 million dollars of real estate each year which earns me a title of Top Residential Producer. I've also been recognized for closing 20-29 units in 2009.
