Background:
I have been involved in real estate for almost 20 years as both an investor and agent. In that time I have learned many lessons, some costly, some profitable. All have been valuable experiences in helping me better understand how to offer the best service to all my prospective clients. My background includes a lengthy tenure on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, The Board Of Trade in the financial futures markets and also as an owner, operator and concept developer of many popular local bars & restaurants. My experience is varied and aimed at customer service and being able to execute the customer’s requests and needs. My retail experience helps me keep a keen understanding of trends and how they affect value and pricing. My financial market experience enables me to stay up to date on financing and economic issues or trends that one should be aware of when it involves investments, such as real estate. My hospitality experience allows me to understand the importance that dining, shopping and services can add to the urban living experience.
I consider myself to be a creative person and use that creativity to
”think outside of the box”, whether it is solving a problem or developing a concept. Although it may sound like a cliché, I really do enjoy working with people and developing relationships that will continue to grow both socially and in business. As an agent, I believe it is my number one priority to get as much detailed information from my clients and try to achieve as many of those requirements and requests to ensure satisfaction and avoid misunderstandings. Communication is vital to this process and I make it a point to be as available as possible to my clients.
